Welcome aboard «Zaliv Ship Design»! It’s not the secret that HR policy of our company is strictly focused on the development and professional continuity. The successful strategic partnership of Zaliv Ship Design and the National University of Shipbuilding named after Admiral Makarov once again has brought its`s positive results. On 1st of March, 2019 the top 10 students – our young specialists already, have joined the production process after an intensive training course. The verified and coordinated efforts of our experienced mentors allowed us to maximize the potential of young professionals: boys and girls have eyes burning, everyone is eager to fight, and they want to prove themselves in carrying out real production tasks on the projects of our customers, the leaders of world shipbuilding.
