Zaliv Ship Design have a pleasure to participate in the XI International Scientific and Technical Conference “Innovations in shipbuilding and oceanic engineering” and congratulate the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding with the 100-years anniversary.

A hundred years it’s sound more than impressive! Interesting to know that university starts from Mykolaiv Polytechnic School in 1920 and became nowadays National University with a lot of specializations, several branches and international students.

Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding is the place where good traditions of shipbuilding education meet modern engineering approach. We are proud to say that 100% of our engineers have been graduated from the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding. Our partnership with university is continuous and complex process, which is useful for both of us.

Victor Prikhodko, the Director of Zaliv Ship Design LLC, shared achievements of the recent graduates, which successfully working on complex engineering projects. And presented to the guests Small-Scale Cruise Ship (SSCS) concept, which in our opinion will be a good solution for cruise industry during pandemic and afterwards (see more details on our website).

Additionally, we want to mention that for local Ukrainian market this kind of modern ships will have almost no competitors and potentially 40 million of customers which is ready to start their cruises on beautiful rivers: Dnipro, Southern Buh and Danube.

We believe that this idea could inspire another guests, presented on the conference to the 100 years anniversary of NUOS and with common efforts transform idea into reality, which will be beneficially to all local community.
